My Story!

I Design enterprise AI products that make complex workflows simple. With 10+ years of experience, I work with product and engineering teams to turn emerging AI capabilities into production-ready experiences, from research and interaction design to design systems and handoff.

I'm also exploring AI-assisted design-to-code workflows, bringing design and engineering closer together. I believe in systems thinking and continuous iteration on live products. Above all, I design for people first, so complex AI feels simple, human, and useful.

Kore.ai - Product Designer (Dec '22 - Present)

Working across Platform Bot Conversation and AI for Work, designing enterprise AI products that turn complex technology into intuitive, efficient, and meaningful user experiences.

  • Own the end-to-end design process, from problem discovery, requirement analysis, and user research to user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Design conversational UX, AI agents, agentic workflows, and contextual interactions that simplify complex user journeys.
  • Define information architecture, interaction patterns, navigation, and reusable design components to create consistent experiences.
  • Use design thinking, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, and iterative design to identify usability gaps and improve product experiences.

Worked on fintech products across corporate expense management, prepaid cards, and employee benefits, turning complex financial workflows into simple user experiences.

  • Designed end-to-end web and mobile experiences, translating user requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs.

  • Owned design for TelebuPing, Tabiib, Fara Pay, and Wanasa Time, taking products from concept to polished UI.
  • Contributed to the SMSCountry-to-Telebu rebrand, helping carry the new identity across products.
  • Guided the team's design direction and kept quality consistent across multiple products.

India Apps Pvt. Ltd - UI Visual Designer (May '16 – Oct '17)

  • Designed web and mobile products from wireframes to final UI.
